Message usCan I come in at any time?
Yes. Access is 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You come in with your PIN or card.
Is it monitored?
Yes. There is CCTV in the corridors and an alarm across the whole site.
Is there insurance?
Every unit includes insurance from €1,000. Insurance is part of the price and the cover is fixed.
What size do I need?
Use the calculator above. Tick what you want to store and it gives you the square metres. If in doubt, send us the list on WhatsApp and we will tell you which to choose.
What can’t I store?
You cannot store food that goes off, flammable liquids, dangerous products, weapons or animals. If you are unsure about something, ask us first.
How do I cancel?
Tell us in the first half of the month and the contract ends at the end of that month.
Is there a trolley for my things?
Yes, there is a platform trolley at the entrance for moving boxes and furniture.
